EPIC Consolidated Operations, LLC (“EPIC”) was formed in 2017 to build, own and operate midstream
infrastructure in the Delaware, Midland and Eagle Ford basins. EPIC’s Crude Oil Pipeline and Y-Grade
Pipeline transport crude and natural gas liquids (“NGLs”) across Texas and New Mexico for delivery into
the Corpus Christi and other Gulf Coast demand and export markets.
The Crude Oil Pipeline consists of 800 miles of large-diameter pipeline which services the Delaware, Midland, and Eagle Ford basins and connects to Corpus Christi refineries, EPIC Marine Terminal, and both Corpus Christi and Ingleside’s premier export terminals. The Y-Grade Pipeline is a 24” natural gas liquids pipeline linking NGLs in the Delaware, Midland and Eagle Ford basins to our fractionation complex in Robstown, Texas and to Gulf Coast refiners, petrochemical companies and export markets.
EPIC is backed by capital commitments from funds managed by the Private Equity Group of Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES).
