June 21, 2018 (SAN ANTONIO, TX): EPIC announced today that it would be extending its existing Open Season on the EPIC Crude Pipeline System. The Open Season was initially closed on December 23, 2017, but was subsequently re-opened and extended until June 20, 2018. EPIC previously announced that it has received sufficient customer interest to sanction the proposed 730-mile crude pipeline running from the Permian Basin to Corpus Christi based upon volume commitments and acreage dedications. EPIC has determined that an additional 11-day extension of the current Open Season is warranted due to additional interest in the crude pipeline project.
The extended opportunity to participate in the Open Season will begin 8:00AM CST June 21, 2018 and end on 5:00PM CST July 2, 2018.
