Mr. Beaudry joined EPIC in August 2019 as the company’s General Counsel and Secretary and was appointed to EPIC Midstream’s Board of Directors in November 2020.
As General Counsel, Mr. Beaudry is responsible for all legal functions of the company, including corporate governance, securities and finance, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, litigation and labor and employment matters.
Mr. Beaudry has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Before joining EPIC, Mr. Beaudry served as General Counsel and Secretary of Noble Midstream Partners LP, a publicly traded master limited partnership providing crude oil, natural gas, and water-related midstream services in Texas and Colorado. He joined Noble Energy in March 2017 as Associate General Counsel and managed legal support and oversight of various functions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance, governance, litigation, regulatory and human resources. Mr. Beaudry began his legal career in October 2000 with Thompson & Knight LLP, advising energy clients in mergers and acquisitions and corporate and securities matters. He then joined the international law firm of Mayer Brown LLP in January 2013 as a partner in the firm’s corporate and securities practice group before joining Noble in 2017.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from the University of Texas.
