EPIC Pipeline Closes Second FERC Open Season for 700-Mile NGL Pipeline from New Mexico to Corpus Christi, Texas

SAN ANTONIO – October 23, 2018 – EPIC Midstream Holdings, LP (‘EPIC”) has announced the close of a ten (10) day FERC Open Season that allowed interested shippers to secure firm capacity on EPIC’S NGL Pipeline which will link producers’ natural gas liquids (“NGL”) reserves in the Permian and Eagle Ford Basins to Gulf Coast refiners, petrochemical companies and export markets.

EPIC conducted its first open season in February of 2018. Earlier this year, Phase One of the NGL pipeline was completed and NGL product was introduced to the pipeline on March 12.  Phase Two was completed on June 27, 2018.  The third phase is expected to be complete in the 4th quarter of 2019.

EPIC’S NGL Pipeline will run side-by-side for most of the route with the EPIC Crude pipeline

This open season began Friday, October 12, 2018 and ran until 5pm Monday, October 22nd, 2018.
